We ship worldwide. All clothing items are made to order, please allow up to two weeks for delivery within the US and up to 3 weeks worldwide for made to order items. All other in stock items will ship within 48 hours via USPS. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking via email. We ship items via USPS Priority and USPS First Class mail. Due to Covid-19 some packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited carrier transportation availability as a result of the pandemic. Opal and Birch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once package is marked as delivered via tracking,

Can you tell me about your pottery?
All ceramic products are handmade and one of a kind - featuring natural variations in finish and size. All listed measurements are approximations.
All glazes used on tableware products are food safe. All tableware pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated on the listing- it is recommended to hand-wash all ceramics to protect the surface from abrasion overtime.
Some décor ceramic pieces are created using recycled glass. Ceramic products made with recycled glass are for home décor purposes only and are not food safe - this will be stated in the listing.

Yes! They are available for purchase on our website or by clicking HERE. Opal + Birch gift cards are sent to you via email - not as a physical card.
